Refund Policy

No refunds after payment is made.

Affiliate Program Terms

By joining the Start Pocket Affiliate Program, you agree to the following additional terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

You must have a registered and active Start Pocket account to participate in the affiliate program.
Start Pocket reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion.

2. Referral Commissions

Affiliates earn a 2% commission on qualifying purchases made by users who register through their unique affiliate link.
Commissions are credited only after the referred customer's payment has been successfully completed and verified.
Commissions will not be paid on cancelled, refunded, disputed, fraudulent, or reversed transactions.

3. Commission Withdrawal

Affiliate earnings may be withdrawn only after meeting the minimum withdrawal amount set by Start Pocket.
Withdrawals will be sent to the bank account or payment method provided by the affiliate.
Start Pocket reserves the right to verify affiliate identity before processing withdrawals.

4. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not:

Create fake accounts or refer themselves to earn commissions.
Use bots, automated systems, or fraudulent methods to generate referrals.
Engage in spam, unsolicited messaging, misleading advertisements, or deceptive marketing.
Pretend to represent Start Pocket as an employee or official representative.
Use copyrighted trademarks, logos, or branding in a misleading manner without written permission.

Any violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of the affiliate account, cancellation of unpaid commissions, and possible account closure.

5. Fraud Prevention

Start Pocket actively monitors affiliate activity. If suspicious, abusive, or fraudulent referral activity is detected, we reserve the right to:

Reject or reverse commissions.
Delay withdrawals while investigations are conducted.
Suspend or permanently terminate affiliate privileges without prior notice.

6. Commission Adjustments

Start Pocket reserves the right to adjust, withhold, or reverse commissions resulting from:

Chargebacks or payment disputes.
Fraudulent transactions.
Duplicate or invalid referrals.
System errors or incorrect commission calculations.

7. Program Changes

Start Pocket may modify, suspend, or discontinue the affiliate program, including commission rates, withdrawal requirements, or eligibility criteria, at any time without prior notice.

8. Taxes

Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes, duties, or other government charges applicable to their affiliate earnings.

9. Limitation of Liability

Participation in the affiliate program is at your own risk. Start Pocket shall not be liable for any loss of income, business opportunities, indirect damages, or interruption of the affiliate program.

10. Right to Terminate

Start Pocket reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time if it believes the affiliate has violated these Terms of Service or engaged in conduct that may harm the company, its users, or its reputation.
